Berlin - SPA

The German Foreign Office denounced an attack on Tuesday on a hotel used by foreigners in the city of Kunduz in northern Afghanistan, killing more than four people. German Foreign Minister Guido Westerwelle expressed the government's sympathy and urged for the recovery of the dead bodies as well as wished well for the wounded. The German Foreign Office also announced that none of its citizens were hurt in the attack on the hotel, which is the destination for many members of the German international aid organizations operating in Afghanistan.
