The Fujairah Foundation for Region Development, FFRD, held its second regular meeting for the current year, on Wednesday, to review the progress on implementation of projects for 2017.
Chaired by H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad bin Mohammed Al Sharqi, Crown Prince of Fujairah, the meeting also saw discussions on the possibility of improving the foundation's work mechanism to fall in line with national regulations.
H.H. Sheikh Mohammed bin Hamad stressed the importance of accelerating the implementation pace of the projects to meet the requirements of citizens.
''Development of regions in the emirate of Fujairah and improvement of living standards of its citizens are an urgent necessity for the government of Fujairah,'' he added.
