The Supreme Court of Venezuela said on Wednesday that all its decisions were null and void because of the 'unlawful state' of the National Assembly, which is under the control of the opposition coalition. 


The Supreme Court issued a statement that night, parliament in the 'unlawful state', the parliamentary elections on the 5th of the new speaker and leadership is invalid, not recognized, in addition, the parliament on the 9th announced the President Maduro 'renunciation' resolution Also is invalid. 


The statement said that since the parliament does not currently have any legal effect, Maduro this year should be submitted to the Supreme Court rather than parliamentary State of the Union. 


The Supreme Court has also reaffirmed that since Parliament has been ignoring the Supreme Court's ruling since last year, it has been 'unlawful' to let three inmates who are suspected of election fraud, and therefore any decision of the parliament is invalid. 


Venezuelan parliament on 9th through Maduro 'Abandonment of office' resolution before the three members of the formal dismissal, with a view to restore parliament's 'legal status.' But the Supreme Court in the statement did not comment on this, nor explain how to lift Parliament 's 'unlawful state'. 


After losing control of parliament in 2015, Maduro's left-wing government has fought fiercely against the opposition, which launched a 'political trial' against Maduro, late last year, that Venezuela was facing a serious economic crisis in Venezuela Responsible for the parliament passed Maduro 'to give up jobs' resolution, Maduro responded that he had never 'abandoned his position', and will control the parliamentary opposition to take legal action.
