The first Ebola case in New York of Craig Spencer is free of the virus and is to be discharged on Tuesday, local media said.
Spencer, poses no public health risk and will be discharged from the hospital tomorrow, the New York times qouted a spokeswoman for Bellevue hospital as saying.
Spencer, 33, who was working with Doctors Without Borders, was well without symptoms throughout his journey from Guinea to the US.
He was rushed to the hospital with fever and gastrointestinal symptoms and was placed in isolation.
He was a serious Ebola case at first, the New York Times said, but he had recovered.
