Egypt contacts underway with Russia to import anti-virus drugs

Several meetings were held with Russian industrial companies to import anti-virus drugs, an official said on Tuesday.
Ali Awani, head of the medication section at the Federation of Egyptian Chambers of Commerce (FEDCOC), said Egypt seeks to benefit from Russia's wide experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
He added that Russian medicines will increase competitiveness on the Egyptian market.
"Russian products will save 40 percent of foreign currency for Egypt," Awani said.
