Dubai Health Authority (DHA) has extended the deadline till August 30 for doctors and other health care professionals to submit their applications for verification of documents. The health regulation department of the DHA yesterday asked all nurses, technicians and doctors practising in Dubai to submit their primary source verification (PSV) application by end of this month. This is the second extension the department has granted to all health care professionals. The earlier deadline of June 15 has now been extended to end of August. A senior DHA executive said the deadline had been extended because of the large number of applicants sending in their papers all at one time. "We would like to complete the assessment of applicants by the end of this year," said Dr Ramadan Ebrahim, Director of the Health Regulation Department at DHA.
