Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi will use two ambulances from National Ambulance for transport between facilities and international patient airport transfers.
The hospital said it had formed a partnership with National Ambulance, whose paramedics will staff the vehicles along with critical-care nurses from the hospital.
The service is part of the hospital's emergency medicine institute.
While the institute does not function as a trauma centre, it treats patients with serious illnesses or injuries requiring immediate attention, and operates around the clock, the hospital said.
