Speaker of the US House of Representatives Paul Ryan arrived in Cairo on Thursday on a visit during which he will meet President Abdel Fattah El Sisi.
The two sides will discuss a host of issues of mutual interest within the framework of the ongoing Egyptian-US cooperation.
