Jordan’s investment in enhancing the physical infrastructure of the economy and the development of social capital has helped the Kingdom derive significant long-term benefits for the wider society, HRH Prince Feisal said on Saturday. Participating in a panel discussion at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum in Russia, the Prince invited the Northern Caucasus region to use Jordan’s experience and utilise its investment opportunities to the benefit of its communities, according to a statement by Generations for Peace. “I am convinced that the Northern Caucasus is a region with tremendous potential and incredible investment opportunities. If executed well, they will not only provide a generous return on investment, but will also serve as an engine of change, transforming the lives and futures of whole communities,” he said. Prince Feisal was a panellist in a session titled “Northern Caucasus: Unlocking the Potential”, which discussed the power of major tourism and sport infrastructure projects to help develop society.
