His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the representative of His Majesty the King for Charity Work and Youth Affairs, Chairman of the Supreme Youth Council, and President of the Bahrain Olympic Committee, received more cables of congratulations on his qualification for next year’s Ironman World Championship.
HH Shaikh Nasser received congratulatory cables from the following:

- Khalid Ibrahim Kanoo, Board Chairman of Al-Ahli Club.
- Ahmed bin Zayed Al Zayed, President of Civil Service Bureau.
- Dr. Ahmed Jaffar Essa, Board Chairman of Al-Etihad Club.
- Dr. Abdullah bin Ahmed Masnour Al Radhi.
- MP Essa Abdduljabbar Alkooheji.
- Mahmoud Yousef Al Mahmoud, Chief Editor of Daily Tribune.
- Yousef Salah and his family.
- Marwan Fouad Kamal, Director of Resource & Services, in the Supreme Council of Youth and Sports general secretariat.

HH Shaikh Nasser was able to qualify for the international event, to be held in Hawaii in October 2018, after winning first place in the IRONMAN Middle East Amateur Championship which was hosted by Bahrain from November 23 to 25.
