Investment Minister Sahar Nasr and Sevil Shhaideh, Romania's deputy prime minister, have conferred on investment opportunities in Egypt.
The meeting focused on national mega projects at the economic zone of the Suez Canal and in the new administrative capital and New Alamain City, according to a statement by the Investment Ministry on Saturday.
Nasr is in Romania to co-chair a joint economic committee meeting meant to enhance cooperation between Cairo and Bucharest.
Shhaideh was pleased with economic reforms in Egypt meant to improve the investment climate in the Arab country.
The two sides agreed on outlining a joint mechanism of action to boost economic relations between the two countries.
