Vice President and Prime Minster of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum on Monday praised Emirati individuals and entities that have contributed to encouraging reading in the UAE following the announcement of UAE President His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan that 2016 is the ‘Year of Reading’.
The Year of Reading has seen many creative initiatives from public, federal and local entities and the private sector that have enriched the cultural scene in the country.
