Mohammed bin Rashid amends Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme

The Vice President, Prime Minister and Ruler of Dubai, His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, has issued Ministerial Resolution No. 47 of 2017, amending certain provisions in the UAE Cabinet Resolution No. 09 of 2011 regarding the Executive Regulations of Federal Law No. 10 of 2009 concerning the Sheikh Zayed Housing Programme.
The Resolution, published in the latest issue of the Official Gazette, replaces the provisions of Articles 13, 16, 17, 19 and 31 of Resolution No. 09 of 2011.
