Labour and Social Development Minister Jameel bin Mohamed Ali Humaidan has patronized the Saar Charity Fund’s Artistic Charitable Exhibition.
Twenty-one participants skilled in various artistic schools showcased their artworks at the venue intended to boost the community partnership, achieve the objectives of civil society and charitable organisations (NGOs), supplement official efforts and boost the quality of services provided to the citizens as the key partners in the Kingdom’s Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Chairman of the Fund’s board of trustees, Hussain Mohammed Jawad, said the fund aims to achieve the principles of synergizing the efforts of NGOs and to provide ample opportunity to showcase expressive artistic and humanitarian works. The idea of staging the charity artistic show was met with a lot of admiration in view of the outstanding creativity of the participating artists, he added.
Ministry officials, heads of charity societies as well as members of the public visited and admired the gallery that depicted the role of aesthetic arts that supported the concept of social solidarity and the provision of assistance to members of the community.
