Kuwait - KUNA

Kuwait’s First Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah left for Switzerland, heading an Arab delegation, to discuss the ongoing Israeli aggression against the Palestinians.
Sheikh Sabah, who is the current president of the Arab Summit, was accompanied by representative of the Arab League Foreign Ministers Council and Moroccan Foreign Affairs Minister Salaheddine Mezouar, Arab League Secretary General Dr. Nabil Elaraby and Palestinian Foreign Minister Riyad al-Maliki, Kuwait News Agency (KUNA) reported.
The Arab delegation is to meet senior Swiss official since Switzerland on the fringes of the Geneva International Conference; Switzerland is the host country of the Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in Time of War, commonly referred to as the Fourth Geneva Convention.
The delegation will also meet up with President of the International committee of the Red Cross Peter Maurer and United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees Antonio Guterres to discuss humanitarian and rescue operations for the Palestinians.
