Jordanian King Abdullah II on Monday returned home after a business trip to the US, where he met with President Barack Obama and senior officials.
During their summit meeting, Abdullah and Obama discussed bilateral relations, strategic partnership and ways to promote them in various fields.
The two leaders also discussed recent developments in the Middle East, specially in Syria and Iraq, international community's efforts to compact terror organizations and resuming Israeli-Palestinian peace talks.
The King's visit to Washington resulted in renewing the Memorandum of Understanding for further three year at a value of $1 billion annually.
The US also pledged to offer a third package of loan guarantees to Jordan.
