Prime Minister of Cote d'Ivoire Daniel Duncan met on Sunday with Egypt's Ambassador in Abidjan Mohamed Farouq Hamzawi.
During the meeting, Hamzawi congratulated Duncan on the success of the recent presidential elections, which were held in a democratic and peaceful atmosphere.
According to the Egyptian Foreign Ministry, the meeting dwelt on the prospects of cooperation between the two countries, as well as the second session of the Joint Egypt-Ivory Coast committee to be held in Cairo next year.
The meeting probed also ways of increasing the Egyptian investments in Ivory Coast.
