Support extended by the country's leadership to government work teams gives them impetus to confidently pursue their work to deliver success in areas of education, housing, community development and other vital sectors, H.H. Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council, said during a visit to the Abu Dhabi Executive Office on Tuesday.
''This work of these teams preserves stability, development and prosperity of the emirate of Abu Dhabi community,'' Sheikh Hazza added.
He was informed about the development work of government sectors, being undertaken by the Executive Committee and other affiliated committees of the Executive Council of Abu Dhabi.
Sheikh Hazza, who was welcomed by H.H. Sheikh Theyab bin Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Member of the Executive Council and Chairman of the Department of Transport, Jassim Mohammed Buatabh Al Zaabi, Chairman of the Abu Dhabi Executive Office, and a number of Executive Committee members and heads of sectors and offices, reviewed the results of the work teams and the progress in the implementation of approved projects and initiatives.
Sheikh Hazza was also briefed on the outcome of the government initiative teams, which seek to apply the best international standards to increase Abu Dhabi's competitiveness in various sectors and develop the investment environment to attract foreign direct investment.
