H.H. Sheikh Hamdan bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Ruler's Representative in Al Dhafra Region, Tuesday received Hugh Grosvenor, the 7th Duke of Westminster, who is currently visiting the country.

Sheikh Hamdan, who is also the President of the Emirates Red Crescent, ERC, welcomed the 7th Duke of Westminster and applauded the historical relations of friendship and co-operation between the UAE and the United Kingdom.

Sheikh Hamdan and Grosvenor discussed bilateral relations and ways to enhance them.

The 7th Duke of Westminster lauded the progressive relations between the two countries, as well as the role played by the ERC in providing humanitarian and charitable aid to the needy people all over the world.

Present during the meeting were Sultan bin Khalfan Al Romaithi, Under-Secretary of the Ruler's Representative's Court in Al Dhafra Region, and a number of senior officials.
