H.H. Sheikh Humaid bin Rashid Al Nuaimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Ajman has issued an Emiri Resolution No.18 of 2016, appointing chairman and members of the Board of Trustees of the Human Appeal International, HAI, in Ajman.
Under the Resolution, Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah bin Sultan Al Nuaimi will be the chairman of the Board of Trustees of the foundation, which will have six members. The board members will serve for a four-year term from the date of issuance unless they will be replaced or partly or wholly re-appointed according to an Emiri Resolution issued later.
During the first meeting, the Board will choose a vice chairman among its members. The resolution also has designated specialties of the Board under which it shall perform duties and functions. The Resolution will annul the Emiri resolution No. 9 of 2006 regarding the appointment of the Board of Trustees of HAI in Ajman.
The Resolution shall be published in the Official Gazette of the emirate, and other competent entities and persons should implement its provisions.
