UAE Foreign Minister H.H. Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan led the country's delegation to the meeting of the foreign ministers of the NATO member states, which was held today in Brussels.
The meeting, which was also attended by the representatives of the coalition of countries against Da'esh, discussed mechanisms of putting up collective efforts to defeat Dae'sh, boosting the means to face global challenges and assessing the current situation in Iraq.
The meeting was attended by the US Secretary of State John Kerry and the NATO Secretary General.
Also present at the meeting were Assistant Foreign Minister for Security and Military Affairs, Faris Al Mazrouei, and Head of the UAE Mission to the NATO, Mohammed Al Naqbi.
