Ruler of Sharjah Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi
HH Dr. Sheikh Sultan bin Mohammed Al Qasimi, Supreme Council Member and Ruler of Sharjah and President of American University of Sharjah (AUS), today signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Pantheon-Assas University
(Paris II University).
The MoU was also signed by Professor Guillaume Leyte, President of Pantheon-Assas University (Paris II University), on behalf of his university.
In accordance with the deal, the two parties agreed to set up an academic partnership in areas of law, international security studies, economy. management, information and telecommunications.
Sheikh Sultan expressed his satisfaction about signing the MoU with a prestigious university such Paris II University. "As AUS seeks to build a network of cooperation ties and exchange of academic expertise, Paris II University will meet our ends in this respect", he said.
Prof. Leyte said the MoU will help develop the fruitful scientific research between the two universities.
