Dubai Airports has won the Best Employer Brand Award at the 2nd Annual GCC Best Employer Brand Awards 2015, organised by the Employer Branding Institute in Dubai on Tuesday.
The GCC Best Employer Brand Awards recognises and rewards top organisations that have distinguished themselves as the most sought after employers through innovative human resources management policies.
"We are very pleased to be recognised as the best employer brand in the region, as it validates the direction and objectives of policies on which our strategy for human resources and development is based. We believe that as the most important asset for any organisation, the development and growth of each and every employee is vital to our collective success and this is amply demonstrated in the ongoing success story of Dubai Airports," said Ann-Marie Campbell, Executive Vice President of Human Resources and Development for Dubai Airports.
The GCC Best Employer Brand Awards were hosted by the Employer Branding Institute and Stars of the Industry Group, with CHRO Asia as a strategic partner and endorsed by the Asian Confederation of Businesses.
