Egyptian actress, Ayten Amer
Cairo – Mohamed Allouch
The star of TV series "The Fourth Wife" Ayten Amer refused the idea of being a fourth wife and said her husband would "see hell" if it happened in real life. However she admitted she: “Might accept another wife for my husband although
I am the first wife."
In her interview with Arabstoday, the Egyptian actress revealed how she is satisfied about what she did in the holy month of Ramadan.
Ayten said that she is getting ready to try to lose weight in the coming period because she feels fans want to see her in a new and different look in order not to feel bored by repeating the same style she appears in currently.
Amer denied internet claims of disputes between her and actress Ola Ghanem in “el-Zoga el-Rabaa” (The Fourth Wife), confirming that she has good relations with all her colleagues.
She spoke of introducing temptation to the show this year in a way far from tackiness as she attracted men and caused jealousy in women "without showing even a leg."
The creator of the most popular expression in the holy month of Ramadan “Ahebooosh” (I don’t like it!) added that women are happy about this word as some of them told her that their husbands had asked them to repeat the phrase “Ahebooosh”. The phrase comes from her TV Drama “el-Zoga el-Rabaa” (The Fourth Wife).
She explained: "Women in Egypt are all different and everyone has their own charm in addition, every man finds in his wife something he loves about her."
Ayten said that she loves eating Molokhya (Egyptian popular food) but only when it is made by her or from her sister and actress Wafaa Amer. Ayten is the one who taught her sister how to do it and she refuses to eat it even when done by her mother or her other sister.
Ayten denied allegations of being in a relationship with the actor Hassan el-Radad, she exclaimed: "I have known Hassan for eight years and if we wanted to be in a relationship, we've already had a long time to do it."
Ayten expressed her rejection of appearing on the Ramez Galal programme in Ramadan “Ramez Thaalab el-Saharaa” (Ramez the Fox of the Desert) and she confirmed that she will not participate in any programme for Ramez in the future.
She is not satisfied with the second part of “Keed el-Nesa” (Women Machination) and said that it was only meeting the success of the first part and no more and there was nothing new on it. She expressed her sorrow for the postponing of “Kika Ala al-Aly” because she feels the story which the series will introduce is very important at this time, in addition to that there will be a postponing of work next Ramadan and that she will have to appear in a different way.
She said at the end of the interview that she is waiting for the premiere of her two movies “Harag wa Marag” (Hubbub) and “Saa Wa Nesf” (An Hour and Half).
