Rosneft CEO Igor Sechin branded America’s actions of imposing sanctions as 'treasury wars.' At the same time, the random way US sanctions are being applied has already become obvious to all, he said at the Eurasian Economic Forum.
"In my opinion, these are not sanctions, but ‘treasury wars’ with deliberately vague, often ambiguous statements. The arbitrary way of their application has already become obvious to everyone," he said.
