The Children's Culture Center of the Iraqi Ministry of Culture, Tourism and Antiquities, organized, in cooperation with the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) and the Ministry of Education, the celebration of the Ninth Spring Children's Festival under the slogan "We can live together in peace", for developing the life skills, in the gardens of Al-Zawra Park in central Baghdad.
The celebration included an interactive play composed and directed by Dr. Faten Jarrah, and ballet dance for students of the School of Music and Ballet.
The festival included the folkloric activity of the artist Naseer Kamel, drawing workshops on the signs, led by the artists Imad Younis and Fakher Hussein, painting workshop on faces, the artist Kaied Abbas, handicrafts workshop by Farah Mohammed.
