Rabie Yassin feels his young players deserve more credit for their victory in Algeria
Cairo - Hossam Al Said

Rabie Yassin feels his young players deserve more credit for their victory in Algeria The coach of the Egyptian youth team, Rabie Yassin, has launched a scathing attack on the country's football association for reducing the bonuses allocated to his players and coaching staff for victory at the recently-held African Youth Championship in Algeria.
Egypt's U-20 side beat heavyweights Ghana 5-4 in a penalty shootout after a 1-1 draw to win their fourth African Championship in Algeria last month.
However, Yassin told reporters that he was livid at the Egyptian Football Association's (EFA) decision to limit the bonus payments to 75,000 Egyptian Pounds ($10,000) per player.
The Egyptian coach argued that PSG youngster, Abdallah Yaisien, must apologise to the Egyptian people for giving precedence to his French nationality, and refusing to play with the Egyptian national team. Yassin claimed that only a public apology would allow the 20-year old to represent Egypt at the U-20 World Cup in June.
Yassin, a left-back for al-Ahly during his playing days, said that the Egyptian government had amended the bonus regulations to limit the figure to 75,000 Egyptian Pounds, adding that if former Egyptian President Hosni Mubarak had been in power, each player would have been given up to a million Egyptian Pounds ($146,000).
The Egyptian U-20 coach is expected to hold a press conference in 6th of October City on Sunday, where he will outline his plans for glory at the premier youth football competition in Turkey.
Yassin explained that he would organise a training camp for his young players, and is hopeful that several top players would participate in the camp.
He added that the team would play 11 friendly matches during the camp.
