Brazilian legend Pelé has described Neymar as an 'excellent player'
London - Arabstoday

Brazilian legend Pelé has described Neymar as an 'excellent player' Santos forward Neymar has a 'civil agreement' in place to join Barcelona, Spanish newspaper SPORT has reported. The Brazilian superstar, linked with a whole host of clubs around the world, had publicly declared that he would be open to the idea of playing for the Catalan giants.
According to SPORT, the 21-year old signed a 'civil agreement' with Barcelona back in 2011, promising to move to Nou Camp upon the expiry of his Santos contract in 2014.
Barcelona have refused to comment on the speculation, but are thought to be at the forefront of the queue of Neymar's suitors.
SPORT, the daily sports newspaper for Barcelona supporters, says that the document is unequivocal proof of Neymar's desire to play for the Blaugrana.
The youngster himself told reporters last year: "Who wouldn’t dream about playing alongside Messi, Xavi, and Iniesta? They’re all great players.
"I don’t know where I would fit in if I joined Barca, but I know my place is at Santos right now."
Neymar is known for his acceleration, speed, dribbling and finishing. His playing style has been compared to Argentine forward Lionel Messi and former Brazil player Pelé.
