Foreign ministers of Tunisia and Algeria, Egypt, hold a meeting, on Sunday, in Tunisia, to discuss the libyan crisis.
Tunisia's Foreign Ministry explained that the meeting comes within the framework of the president's, Beji Caid Essebsi'sinitiative, which aimed at finding a comprehensive political settlement in Libya, without providing details of this initiative.

"The meeting will discuss the results of communications and discussions carried out by the three countries with the various Libyan parties, to bring the views of each other, and lay the foundations for a political solution to the crisis experienced by Libya, and create conditions for gathering of Libyans factions on the dialogue table," the ministry said in a statement.

The President of Libyan Government of National Accord, Fayez Al-Sarraj, expressed his regret for wasting precious opportunity to begin discussions to resolve the conflict in Libya, after an failed attempt to to collect him with the commander of the Libyan forces Khalifa Haftar, this week in Cairo.

It was assumed that the two leaders will meet in Cairo on Tuesday, under the Egyptian initiative to negotiate a political agreement to amend the agreement on the settlement of the Libyan crisis in Skhirat, in Morocco in 2015.

The General Khalifa Haftar said that the Egyptian-Libyan border fully insured, and the Egyptian authorities monitor it, pointing out that he does not rush to declare the liberation of Benghazi, while other cities are still suffering such as Tripoli.

Haftar stated that oil installations, oil fields, and ports in the grip and control of the Libyan army, adding that many terrorists, confessed that they were trained in Britain, Italy, France and America, were arrested. He pointed out that the terrorists came to Libya from Tunisia and Algeria across the vast border, and that there is a triangle, which is concentrated terrorists between Algeria, Niger and Libya.

Haftar attacked Muslim Brotherhood in Libya, where he claimed that it still adheres to attempts to eliminate the army and police in the country, through its involvement in all aspects of the state.
