Hothis&Saleh militias commit 2.723 violations against Yemeni civilians in 17 governorates, during the first quarter of 2017. They killed 312 citizens  including, 47 child, 24 women, and wounded 467 including, 129 child and 63 women.   Arab Coalition for human rights violations revealed that the militias kidnapped and tortured 1296 civilians, including 413 who disappeared, while 12 people died in prisons. Among the kidnapped people are, 42 child, 6 women, 80 political activists, 14 businessmen, 10 civil society organizations, 194 workers, 14 civilians and 14 medical workers. The coalition confirmed also confirmed that, the violations against public and private facilities reached 648.   Many travellers on “San’a – Aden” road are being extorted by unknown gunmen pretending to be official officers. The travellers from Dali’ governorate, south of Yemen confirmed that, "Temporary" night barriers came back in different places, adding that the gunmen use this barriers to rob car drivers, especially the ones with heavy vehicles.   One of the travellers said that, the gunmen stole 150.000 Yemeni rails, while others asked the authorities to do their job in catching these thieves. The security authorities faced those gunmen firmly last January, and managed to arrest some of them.
