Air France: Etihad asked about tie-up

Air France-KLM Group said it has been approached by Abu Dhabi-based Etihad Airways about a possible commercial alliance and is keen to explore options. “Etihad’s leaders have been asking for a commercial partnership with Air France,” Chief Executive Officer Jean-Cyril Spinetta told journalists. “I asked for an opening of informal talks to see if we could develop such a cooperation.”
