700 pilgrims depart Safaga Port to Yanbu Harbor

A ferry with 700 pilgrims on its board left Safaga Port to Saudi Yanbu Harbor so as to perform Umra (minor hajj).

In statements, spokesman for the Red Sea Ports Authority Abdel Rahim Moustafa said that there has been coordination with the authorities of Safaga Port in cooperation with various apparatuses concerned in the harbor to provide good services for the travelers.

Safaga Port witnessed also the exportation of 44,000 tons of phosphate to India, he noted.
