Presidential decree calling on parliament to convene as of October 4

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El Sisi issued Thursday a decree calling on the House of Representatives to convene as of October 4 at 2:00 p.m. (Cairo local time).
The decree was published today in the official newspaper, The Gazette.
