HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani discussed with Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud of the brotherly Kingdom of Saudi Arabia a number of matters of mutual concern and the latest Arab and international developments particularly the situation in Yemen.
During the meeting, held at Al Auja Palace in Al Dera'iya, also dealt with means of continuing support and development of the close fraternal relations between the two brotherly countries in various fields.
Afterwards the Custodian of the two Holy Mosques accompanied HH the Emir on a tour of the palace during which King Salman showed HH the Emir historic photographs of King Abdulaziz "may Allah have mercy on him" as well as its contents of heritage and antique collections.
The meeting was attended by HE the Prime Minister and Minister of Interior Sheikh Abdullah bin Nasser bin Khalifa Al-Thani and members of the delegation accompanying HH the Emir.
On the Saudi side, the meeting was attended by Saudi Deputy Crown Prince, Second Deputy Premier and Minister of Interior Mohamed bin Na?f bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Defense, Chief of the Royal Court and Special Adviser to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz and a number of princes.
