Qatar's emir meets chairman of US congress armed services committee

HH the Emir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani met with Senator John McCain, Chairman of the Senate Armed Services Committee of the US Congress, and a number of the Committee members this morning.
The meeting reviewed bilateral relations between the two countries and the prospects for developing mutual cooperation. It also exchanged views on the overall events in the Middle East region, especially the developments in Yemen and Syria.
Their Excellencies members of the accompanying official delegation attended the meeting.
