Lebanese Parliament Speaker Nabih Berri met on Friday with Egypt's Ambassador in Beirut Mohamed Badr Eddin Zayed.
The two sides tackled Berri's recent visit to Cairo and his meeting with President Abdel Fattah El Sisi, Zayed said in statements following the meeting.
Berri took part in the 23rd Arab Inter-parliamentary Union (AIPU) conference in Cairo.
