His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa has asserted that the national occasions and festivities of sisterly Saudi Arabia are celebrated in Bahrain because of the solid relations between the two kingdoms and their peoples.

 

This came as HRH Premier received, at the Gudaibiya Palace today, Saudi Ambassador to Bahrain, Dr. Abdulla bin Abdulmalik Al- Shaikh, who handed over to him an invitation to attend the ceremony to be hosted by the Saudi Embassy here marking Saudi Arabia’s National Day.

 

The ambassador conveyed to HRH the Prime Minister greetings from the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al-Saudi, and Crown Prince, Deputy Premier and Defence Minister, HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman Al-Saudi, and their appreciation of his deep feelings towards Saudi Arabia’s leadership, government and people. 

 

The Prime Minister said that Saudi Arabia, has succeeded, thanks to its firm stances and strong support for its brotherly countries, in maintaining the unity, security and stability of the Arab and Islamic nations, and led the Arab and Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) action with great wisdom and outstanding ability, despite the huge challenges that the region is going through.

 

HRH Premier stressed that the stances of Saudi Arabia, under the leadership of King Salman and previous Al-Saud Kings, have shown its commitment to the values magnanimity, citing Saudi Arabia’s constant keenness not to hesitate in backing the just causes of the Nation.

 

HRH Premier pointed out that the progress boom and the economic development projects currently witnessed by Saudi Arabia, under the leadership of King Salman, and support of the Crown Prince, are a source of strength for its brotherly countries, thanks to its influential regional and global role. 

 

The Prime Minister welcomed the invitation to attend the Saudi Embassy’s celebrations marking the Saudi National Day, affirming that the Bahraini-Saudi relations are based on deep-rooted love and bilateral cooperation.

HRH Premier extended congratulations to King Salman, HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman and the brotherly Saudi people on the happy national occasion.

 

The ambassador expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to HRH Premier for his unwavering interest in bolstering the fraternal relations between the two countries and their peoples, affirming that the Prime Minister enjoys a distinguished position in the hearts of everyone for being a prominent leader with firm stances in the face of all challenges aimed at targeting the security and stability of the region’s countries and peoples.

 

He asserted that the Bahraini-Saudi relations are progressing steadily, noting that they are based on a long history of mutual love and cooperation.

 

He lauded the progress boom currently witnessed by the kingdom in various fields.
