HM King receives Southern Governor
Manama - Arab Today
His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, today at Sakhir Palace, received the newly appointed Southern Governor HH Shaikh Khalifa bin Ali Al Khalifa to take the legal oath.
His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa was present.
HM the King congratulated the Southern Governor and pointed out his efficiency that qualifies him to fully carry out his duties. He wished him success in taking on the national responsibility.
HM the King directed the Southern Governor to be keen to meeting citizens’ needs and improving services provided for them.
HM the king noted the role played by the governorates in strengthening cooperation and values of national unity, fraternity and friendship among Bahraini community, praising all governors’ efforts to serve the homeland and people.
HM the King took pride in the national cadres’ contributions to the development march witnessed by various fields.
The Southern Governor expressed sincere gratitude to HM the King for the royal confidence vested in him, vowing to carry out his national duties to the fullest in the interest of the homeland, leadership and citizens.
