President of Bahrain Authority for Culture and Antiquities, Shaikha Mai bint Mohammed Al Khalifa, today received Russia’s Ambassador to Bahrain, Fagive Garaeve, and Director General of EXPO 2025 Bid Committee, Svetlana Sagaidak, in the framework of boosting bilateral relations and holding joint cultural activities.
The BACA President attached importance to building bridges of cultural communication between Bahrain and Russia. She noted Bahrain’s keenness to participate in the global event, welcoming the Russian Ambassador’s efforts to promote Bahrain’s cultural activities and promoting bilateral relations.
Sagaidak gave an overview of Russia’s preparations for hosting the global event in Yekaterinburg, which is a key Russian city in the field of technological industries.
