Pope Tawadros takes part in commemoration of first Egyptian church in Netherlands

Pope Tawadros II of Alexandria and Patriarch of St. Mark Diocese on Saturday took part in a symbolic celebration of the 30th anniversary of the Inauguration of the St. Mary the Virgin Church in Amsterdam as the first Coptic Orthodox Church in Netherlands.
The pope also met with members of the Coptic community in the country.
Pope Tawadros arrived Thursday in Netherlands on the first-leg of a pastoral tour of Europe.
The week-long tour will also take him to France and Austria.
He will then leave for France for a conference on Coptic Orthodox Churches outside Egypt.
