From making the world's biggest Shawarma to building the world's tallest building, Dubai is no stranger to world records. Visitors to The Dubai Mall can now catch a glimpse of the world's largest book which is being showcased at the mall's Souq area as part a special Ramadan showcase. The book chronicles the life of Prophet Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him) and presents itself as a work to introduce his life to non-Muslims. Smaller copies of the book are being sold at a price of Dh150 and the book has made its impact across the world. Titled This is Muhammad (Peace Be Upon Him), the book has toured several Arab and European countries and creators of the book have distributed smaller editions of it. The impact of the book has been profound with more than 2,600 people embracing Islam as a result of reading it. Some 50,000 free copies of the book were also distributed during the London Olympics. A promoter at the exhibit inside The Dubai Mall said: "A lot of people come and see the book after Iftar and we are also having a one-million signature campaign to include inside the book.” Source: Khaleej Times
