Egyptian awqaf minister criticises extremists
Minister of Awqaf Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa

Awqaf Minister Mohamed Mokhtar Gomaa slammed extremists who read the Holy Quran and at the same time kill innocent people under the cover of Islam.
In a press release, the minister wondered what wrong or harm men of police and army and other innocent people have done to be killed in a treacherous way by those extremists.
He cited a recent attack against several Military Academy cadets in Kafr el-Sheikh as an example of the warped thought of these extremists.
