UAE Price Committee
Abu Dhabi - WAM

The Fuel Price Committee, chaired by Dr. Matar Al Nyadi, Under-Secretary for the Ministry of Energy, has announced gasoline and diesel prices for the month of September 2015.

All petrol stations in the UAE will retail diesel at Dh 1.86 per litre. Gasoline will be sold to consumers at Dh 1.89 per litre for E-plus (Octane 91 petrol), Dh 1.96 per litre for Special (Octane 95 petrol) and Dh 2.07 per litre for Super (Octane 98 petrol). The new prices will come into effect on Tuesday, September 1, 2015.

Dr. Al Nyadi said, "The prices are based on the average global prices for diesel and gasoline with the addition of operating costs and profit margins of the distributing companies. The Fuel Price Committee will next meet on September 28th to agree on the prices for the month of October."
