Pakistan explore new oil fields

The Pakistani government has prepared a plan to explore 44 new oil and gas fields to meet the growing need for energy in the country. A spokesman for the Pakistani Ministry of Oil and Natural Resources said that different companies, carrying 132 license to explore oil and gas, are currently working in this field in the country. Pakistani President Asif Ali Zardari inaugurated a 50MW windmill project in Jhimpir near Thattain southern Pakistan on Monday.
