New administration is determined to expand relations with all the friendly countries, Rouhani said.   During the meeting the president announced that all the international issues including Iran’s nuclear issue should be resolved in the framework of international regulations adding Tehran is fully committed to its international obligations including NPT treaty. He also said that all Iran’s nuclear activities were under the supervision of International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA).
