VIP treatment has now extended to the world of mobile technology with axiom’s newly launched ‘Priority Repair’ service, which promises UAE customers their repaired device back within as little as one hour.
In addition to expedited support, the service also offers free delivery of the repaired device, providing owners added convenience. Subscribers are also attended to immediately at Axiom Service Centers, and are offered a standby phone for uninterrupted connectivity.
“We are committed to ensuring customers make the most of their mobile experience. However, even the best technology is prone to glitches, and we understand that the troubleshooting process can sometimes be an exasperating experience for customers, with long waits in line and extended periods of time without their mobile device,” said Faisal Al Bannai, Managing Director at axiom.
“‘Priority Repair’ relieves these frustrations by ensuring that customers are given exclusive treatment and are never left disconnected from their friends and loved ones.”
The ‘Priority Repair’ service is available to axiom customers who purchase a smartphone. The one-time subscription fee allots customers 3 priority repairs throughout the warranty period.
The service covers manufacturer’s warranty. It also comes with a money-back guarantee – if the phone cannot be repaired within 24-hours, customers will be given a full refund on their annual subscription fee.
Customers can avail axiom’s ‘Priority Repair’ service at any of the reseller’s designated service centers located across the UAE.
