Talks between Sudan First lady, Widad Babikir, and her Turkish counterpart Amina Erdogan, started talks here at the Friendship Hall in Khartoum, in the presence of officials on both sides.
The talks which aim to strengthen contacts between the two countries and probe cooperation in the areas of health, social welfare, bussiness and education, are also attended by several Sudanese and Turkish businesswomen.
The Turkish First Lady, arrived in Khartoum with her spouse, President Recceb Tayyib Erdogan. President Erdogan arrived here early afternoon heading a high level delegation on a three day state visit to the Sudan at the invitation of the President of the Republic, Omar Bashir.
