One of the most dangerous places for an Italian woman is in the home, according to a study released Friday. According to the nation's Higher Health Institute (ISS), over 397,000 women between the ages of 18 and 65 are admitted to the emergency room for domestic accidents every year. The numbers mean that one out of three women of working age has suffered an injury at home. Roughly 110,000 of them were hurt while performing household work such as cleaning, cooking or laundry, the report said. More than 60% of women hurt doing household chores were in the kitchen.
