A father and stepmother were charged Saturday with killing a 10-year-old girl whose burned body was found in a trash can in suburban Atlanta, police said. Gwinnett County police said the body of Emani Moss was found about 4 a.m. EDT at the Landmark at Coventry Pointe Apartments in unincorporated Lawrenceville after a despondent man called 911, saying his daughter drank "some type of chemical" and died. The man said he wanted to kill himself. When police arrived the man pointed them to the trash can where the body had been stashed. Eman and Tiffany Moss were charged with felony murder, cruelty to children in the first degree and concealing a body, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported. The couple were being held in the county detention center, the newspaper said.
