Emanating from the message of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia under the leadership of Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud in the service of humankind and appreciating humanitarian situations of all Muslims, the Kingdom has achieved the wish of an elderly Lebanese woman suffering from cancer to perform Haj rituals this year.
Amina Al-Mubaidh from the village of Mashha in the northern district of Akkar was granted a Haj visa, along with the covering of all her expenses of Haj trip, according to the official Saudi Press Agency (SPA).
Acting Chargé d'Affaires and Minister Plenipotentiary at the Saudi Embassy in Lebanon, Waleed bin Abdullah Bukhari, said that the Kingdom's embassy in Lebanon has monitored the appeal of Amina in the means of social media and her wish to perform Haj this year and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs responded favorably to her humanitarian situation within hours, SPA reported.
